Even through this challenging economic environment, Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing has continued to grow and add both new people and equipment. We are proud to announce three new hires to our team.

Doug Cartee, Technical Sales

Doug brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing to his new role leading technical sales for Rathburn. Doug has wealth of knowledge in customer service, program management and ISO/IATF quality requirements, including PPAP, APQP, capability studies, FMEA, root cause analysis, and new product launches.

Dwayne Nash, Second Shift Supervisor

Dwayne joins Rathburn as our new Second Shift Supervisor with more than 10 years of experience in CNC machining, milling, and programming. Dwayne will be responsible for overseeing all production machining operations during our second shift as well as assisting with ongoing training and technical troubleshooting.

Lee Dixon, First Shift Supervisor

Lee joins Rathburn with 20 years of experience in manufacturing. As First Shift Supervisor, Lee will leverage his deep knowledge of production planning, mills, and lathes to oversee all production machining operations and ensure performance meets our tough quality standards.

Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing is committed to having the best people and equipment to enable the company to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. These new hires continue an exciting period of growth for the company, including adding several new CNC mill/turn machines plus a second shift in order to provide 24-hour operations.
