Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing is proud to recognize Jan Longsworth for her 15 years of service and dedication to help grow our company and people. Jan started with Rathburn as a bookkeeper in 2006, having already gained experience in the manufacturing industry as a supervisor. While her Vice President role centers around finance and human resources, Jan has been critical to helping Rathburn evolve and grow through her mastery of purchasing, customer service, production efficiencies and more.
