Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing is proud to recognize Jennifer Akin for her 10 years of service and dedication in improving the service to our customers through consistent delivery of a quality product. Jennifer started with Rathburn in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a desire to make a difference in manufacturing. Through her work as a CNC operator, Jennifer developed a deep understanding of our processes, equipment and customer products, while also being recognized for her attention to quality and detail. She was promoted into a quality role and then to Quality Manager, where she continues to help Rathburn surprise and delight our customers with our products every day. Jennifer has been an integral part of the company’s institution of exceptional quality practices which allowed us to obtain our ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications and maintain them today.

While Rathburn is committed to having the best equipment available, it is our people who make our company and achieving the high standards we set for ourselves possible. Jennifer is a vital part of our company and an amazing example of the quality people we have making a difference every day.
