Roger is a bright CNC Machinist who has run almost every mill and lathe in our facility and spent over a year growing his skills in the CMM lab as a quality lab technician. He has enhanced his knowledge through NIMS at Freedom Academy and is studying advanced CNC machining at Ivy Tech Community College, recently earning a certificate in Machine Tool Technology. Roger embodies the spirit of our core value of “Win together”. Over the last five years he has exhibited great flexibility and commitment to the company, has been rewarded with multiple promotions, and has taken advantage of Rathburn’s tuition reimbursement program to further his education.
