Over her five years with Rathburn Tool, Sharon has found numerous ways to use her attention to details to the benefit of her teams, our customers, and the company. As a CNC operator/machinist, Sharon’s consistency and visual acuity is seldom matched. She’s also critically important to many final inspections to ensure the quality of our parts before they are shipped to the customer. Sharon is also able to leverage these strengths as she trains newer employees on items requiring visual inspection for which technology simply cannot match. Every day, Sharon demonstrates our core value of “Never Compromise on Quality”, as she takes pride in each and every part.
