In an awards ceremony late last year, Rathburn was announced as the 2022 Business of the Year for the Duesy Awards presented by DeKalb Chamber Partnership.

In presenting the award, Chamber leaders said “Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing has excelled in their industry despite the ever-changing supply chain and economy,” and added, “Rathburn has worked together as a team to develop a family-like culture where everyone feels vested in the success of the company. From expanding their product lines to creating an employee garden, this company has taken a well-rounded approach to advancing their company and workforce.”

A record 150 nominations were received for the 2022 Duesy Awards which recognize individuals and organizations going above and beyond in business and for the community.
