Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing is honored to be named one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” for 2024. The award is given annually by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce to companies that receive the highest scores based on employee feedback on numerous factors such as culture, teamwork, environment, and more. The winning companies “offer a blueprint for employee attraction and retention, and we are excited to celebrate their success,” said Indiana Chamber President and CEO, Vanessa Green Sinders.

Comprehensive anonymous employee surveys and employer reports served to generate feedback and determine the winners. Rathburn made the list in the Small Companies category and was the only Auburn-based business in the final tabulation.

“Being considered one of ‘Indiana’s Best Places to Work’ is a testament to the people who work here,” said Angie Holt, President of Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing. “We’ve always tried to build a company that treats people well, builds a culture of respect and professionalism, and holds ourselves to the highest standards.”

Winners will be recognized at a May 8 event, presented by TrueU.
