Rathburn has taken another big step in the company’s digital transformation and enhancing its ability to harness real-time shop floor insights with the Plex ERP/MRP system by Rockwell Automation.

Rathburn migrated to Plex’s cloud-based software on October 1, 2024, including the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) solutions to drive its Indiana-based operations.

“This software system combines the functionality of our previous programs to allow for one true source of data, from customer-specific requirements to causes of internal scrap to employee training progress”, said President Angie Holt. “It will allow our employees to have more time to better utilize their talents and reach their full potential.”

Holt continued, “Plex is a solution built upon a robust Quality Management System and will scale with us. It offers business analytics to drive better decision-making and allows us to continue improving quality and efficiencies for the benefit of our customers.”
